Rockland County does not have a public transportation that allows easy movement from one place to another without a car. The lack of a comprehensive transportation network is an especially complicating factor in providing youth services. As a result, outreach services (i.e., services at "satellite" locations as well as a main office) which allow greater accessibility have developed. Some are listed here.
