At the suggestion of several youth-serving agencies and persons, the "Youth Yellow Pages" has on the inside of the back cover a list of "responsibilities" for the young reader to consider along with the "rights" that are discussed.

1990 Census are figures used by NYS Division for Youth in computing local eligibility. The village of Airmont in the Town of Ramapo was formed after the 1990 Census and should be available in the 2000 Census figures when completed.
