Michael Loewenberg is President and co-founder of Wolikow Associates, Inc., a technology staffing and recruiting firm, and President and co-founder of MESH Business Solutions, established in 1996, providing business and technology consulting services to medium and large organizations.
Wolikow Associates, founded in 1999, specializes in recruiting for web-focused businesses, providing all levels of staff from executives to programmers to pre and post IPO "dot coms" and larger organizations with an Internet presence.
Through MESH, in his most recent consulting engagements, Mr. Loewenberg managed Year 2000 Programs for the County of Rockland (New York) and for one of the largest talent agencies in the United States. Other significant work has included the Business Requirements Analysis of a Customer Service System for a major regional bank, assisting a worldwide insurance company with the startup of its Year 2000 Program Office, and strategic planning and systems selection of an Integrated Banking package as part of a new electronic commerce business initiative for a multinational communications company.
Prior to co-founding MESH, Mr. Loewenberg was Senior Vice President - Product Management at CFI ProServices' Genesys Division, offering call center and other back office applications to the Banking industry. He spent over five years with Citibank in Back Office operations and Branch Management assignments and over seven years with Digital Equipment Corporation as a Sales Manager focused on the Retail Banking market. While a Consultant in Price Waterhouse's Financial Services Industry Practice, he participated in engagements with major insurance and manufacturing companies regarding financial systems operations and consolidation.
His experience in managing large projects and financial services business units makes him a valuable partner in strategic planning initiatives. His background as an end-user, vendor, and consultant gives him a unique perspective on reengineering, solution planning, and deployment alternatives.
Mr. Loewenberg serves on the Board of Directors of CATI (Communications and Technology Initiative) of Rockland County, and the Rockland County Workforce Investment Board, an agency charged with improving job opportunities for all citizens, regardless of economic status.
Mr. Loewenberg is an accomplished speaker and has presented on technical and business topics worldwide. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College and an M.B.A. in Management from Pace University.
